Study On Social Control Against The Drug Issues In Ethnic Border Area

The prevention of drug-related crimes is a worldwide problem.The huge economic benefits and the stable market scale constitute the power source of crimes,which have created endless drug-related crimes.these endless drug-related crimes and drug addicts pose major hidden dangers to the stability of our society.This is a great test of our country's public management ability and social management innovation ability.Xishuangbanna state in Yunnan province is located in the southwest border of China and borders on the famous golden triangle,nearly 1,000 kilometers of national borders are not blocked by natural barriers,which objectively makes Xishuangbanna state the forefront of the national anti-drug struggle.Without taking into account drug-related crimes such as drug driving and robbery,the number of drug cases heard by the two courts in Xishuangbanna state in recent years is close to one third of the total number of criminal cases,which is undoubtedly an alarming figure.Drugs lead to massive loss of social wealth,social stability cannot be guaranteed and social productivity is destroyed.in our country's economy,it is at the key point of transforming the development mode,optimizing the economic structure and transforming the driving force of growth.the prevention and response of drug crimes and economic loss caused by drugs are the important points of whether the current economic situation in Xishuangbanna can develop safely or not.The existing drug control and the possible risks and countermeasures in the future system operation need to be carefully studied and explored.This article mainly uses the method of literature analysis and interview,based on the relevant literature at home and abroad,drawing on the research results of drug problem control at home and abroad and combining the current situation of social control of drug problem in Xishuangbanna to analyze the existing problems and causes of social control of drug problem in Xishuangbanna and put forward corresponding solutions in order to put forward more scientific and reasonable solutions for the formulation and revision of social control policies of drug problem in the future.At the same time,it provides a reference for the construction of a multi-element prevention and control system for drug control and AIDS prevention.There are three innovations in this paper.First,based on the existing literature,we collect data from macro-government departments and micro-cases so as to obtain a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of the current situation of the drug problem in Xishuangbanna,a national region.Secondly,the data is detailed,providing vivid first-hand empirical data such as images,pictures and data on the drug problem in Xishuangbanna and improving relevant information on the drug problem in Xishuangbanna.The third is to do a case study of the drug problem according to the particularity of the ethnic border areas and summarize the general strategies to deal with the drug problem in the relevant areas.
