A Research Of Grassroots Democratic Participation In The Internet Era Of China

To participate in the democracy at the basic level is closely linked with most of the basic level people’s political live,it is a real way to join in the democracy, people can more manage themselves better than formerly,grassroots democratic participation is a development process,it should keep up with times, enrich its participate forms.Today’s world is an era of rapid development of information, the spread of information is no more blocking,lag, and in one side,it’s comprehensive, openly and timely, people receive information in passive and initiative, the internet provide more comprehensive and abundant political information, the government should change their mind initiative, change the traditional forms of grassroots democratic participation, and combine it with the internet, provide a systematic,safety,convenient and abundant network platform to people’s grassroots democratic participation, It changes the traditional participation forms in the web environment,increase it’s vitality, it gives a rare opportunity to the transition period of Chinese politics,it also make Chinese politics face the challenge.This article adopt data analysis and conclusion, this paper have five chapters.Chapter one is introduction. Chapter two analysis the basic theory. Chapter three present situation of grassroots democratic participation by the internet, thinking it’s problem,analysis the reason of the problem. Chapter four make a suggestion for effective participate it from network platform, the government and people’s accomplishment. Specific aspects, strengthening economic development, planing network system, construct network participation system, and improve the legal.Chapter five is conclusion. The government should create a safety, openly and legal environment for network participate, it should be efficacious, promote grassroots democratic participation in the web environment,it provide energy for grassroots democratic participation in new era.
