Since the 18 th CPC National Congress, ideological and political work in private enterprises has gathered big hope and special deployment of the party and its central committee. The paper put forward that it is essential and significant to develop Spirits of Shanxi merchants and building ecological instruction of ideological and political education work. As far as Shanxi private entrepreneurs, value education focused on anti-corruption and anti-bureaucracy is the key point. On the other hand, according to current situation of private enterprises in Shanxi Province, the paper suggested innovative means of “Internet + ideological and political education".
