The Enlightment Of Integrity Of Shanxi Merchants On The Credibility Constraction To Chinese Enterprises

In the Ming and Qing dynasties,after more than five hundred years of development,Shanxi merchants as the development representative of the business circles become China's top ten business group.Reasons for the success not only lies in its advanced management concept,but also lies in its business ethics,the ethics take the integrity as the core value.This paper studies the developing course and main content of Shanxi merchants integrity,summarized the present situation of our country's enterprises honesty,analyzed the reasons of our country's enterprise integrity.Aiming at how to strengthen the construction of our country's enterprise integrity,following the principle of absorption draw lessons from the past,using in the present,this article from the value level,management level,system level induces the Shanxi merchants,integrity enlightenment to our country's enterprises integrity construction,build the strong atmosphere of integrity culture,cultivate and improve the benefits of the integrity management for enterprise credit system.This is the meaning of the thesis' choice,it is also one of the our country's enterprises must solve.This thesis mainly using the literature research,interdisciplinary study and survey study.The content mainly expound from four aspects:the first part mainly explore the development of the Shanxi Merchants,the development process mainly from the initial development to the normalize and systematize,integrity gradually formed in the process.The second part mainly content of Shanxi Merchants integrity including the value of the faith management principle,the responsibilities of management mechanism,the education mechanism of business integrity.The third part mainly analysis the business integrity and the lack of cause,our country's enterprise integrity problems mainly displays in:the quality problems,the contract issues,the business problems,the appearance of the major causes of these problems include:the fundamental drive of economic interest,the construction lag of correlative system,the education lack of enterprises integrity.The fourth part mainly combined with Shanxi merchants' sincere good practice,for the cause of the above analysis is given to solve our country's enterprise credit construction,mainly from three aspects to discuss-In the value level:build the strong atmosphere of integrity culture;in the management level:cultivate the benefits of integrity management;in the institutional level,improve the integrity system of the enterprises.Shanxi Merchants'integrity,as the development representative of China's integrity,it has important guiding significance to our country's enterprises,through the combing research,it can bring the healthy development to contemporary enterprises in our country,it will promote the health and rapid development of our country's economic.
