Authority Identity Of Rural Community Research

Rural problem has always been the first important problem in China. The authority identity is more important with impact on the stability and development of the rural community. Along with the process of modernization, the reform of market economy and the expansion of the villager autonomy system, great changes about the structure of the rural community authority have taken place. The political authority, economic authority and family authority show their own influence of different level in the operation and development of the village, making the multiple authority construction diversity pattern of the rural community. The change on the nature of elections weakens the identity of political authority. The characteristics and performances of the two committees person confuse the political authority subject identity. The transition of the traditional values strengthens and utilitarianism the identity of economic and family authority. The concentrated control of authoritative resources causes the identity between the political, economic, family authority on the cross, overlapping and transformation. There are four major characteristics of authority identification of the current rural community:the identity of villagers tend to the benefits, multiple identity and single subject identity exist, the identity of authority exists helpless and forced, villagers’ identity of formal authority subject is confused. In the face of the authority characteristics of the modern rural community identity, we must take appropriate and effective way to cope with the situation, in order to build reasonable recognition mechanism of the villagers timely and effective and realize the good operation and development of the rural community.
