Research On The New Ideas Of The People’s Livelihood Of The Communist Party Of China Since The 18^th National Congress

To ensure and improve people’s livelihood, and to maintain the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people is the fundamental purpose of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The Communist Party of China, as a political party on behalf of the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of Chinese people, has been leading the people of the whole country toward the goal of communism since the date of the founding. The Chinese Communists, represented by Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, always concern people’s livelihood, pay close attention to people’s livelihood, ensure people’s livelihood and improve people’s livelihood. Therefore, it can be said that to promote the development of people’s livelihood is the consistent stand of the Communist Party of China.Some changes have taken place in China’s national conditions, such as the new normal of economic development and powerful anti-corruption in politics since the Eighteenth National People’s Congress. The party put forward the strategy of "four entireties", and in this context, the overall situation of society has a new look and the people has a new look forward to our party. Based on president Xi, the CPC Central Committee pay more attention to people’s livelihood and put forward a number of new ideas to solve the livelihood issues in this new situation, such as taking the ecological people’s livelihood as a new area, the social fairness and justice as a point of improving people’s livelihood and so on. Xi Jinping has pointed out, "to protect and improve the livelihood of people is a long-term work, and it goes only with continuous new starting points, not a destination." These new ideas are related to the future of the people’s livelihood construction, it is worth us to explore.On the basis of summarizing the related thought about people’s livelihood in academia since the Eighteenth National People’s Congress, this paper induces the new ideas in all aspects of the development of people’s livelihood. And then get the latest ideas of the people’s livelihood thought, which is helpful to seize the core of the people’s livelihood. This paper mainly includes six aspects. In the first part, proceeding from the current reality of our country, this paper analyzes the forming foundation of the Chinese Communist Party’s livelihood thoughts from two aspects since the Eighteenth National People’s Congress:one is the theoretical source of our party’s people’s livelihood,and another is the experience of the development of the contemporary capitalist countries. The second part is the latest policy and people’s livelihood construction thought in the five aspects that is most closely related to the people:education, employment, health care, pension and housing.The third part analyzes the relationship between economic growth and the improvement of people’s livelihood from the perspective of economic development, and then analyzes the important significance of improving people’s livelihood from two aspects:the income distribution fairness and the official assessment model. And then the important direction of improving people’s livelihood is analyzed from the perspective of social justice in the fourth part. In the fifth part, this paper induces some new areas about ensuring and improving people’s livelihood from the perspective of the construction of ecological civilization. At last, proceeding from the background of promoting the rule of law comprehensively, the new ideas of improving the law guarantee of people’s livelihood is analyzed from the perspective of enacting new laws, strengthening judiciary foundation, and consolidating the working thought of "a law-abiding".
