The paper is about Livelihood which has close relationship with the environment andthe condition of the people’ s life、personal development、people’s benefits and rights,alsowith the methods of dealing with the people’s livelihood problems. In a word, livelihood isthe problem that people pay close attention to in their daily life. Besides, Ensuring anddeveloping the people’s livelihood keeps pace with the aim of Party. How to develop andensure the people’s livelihood is the main task to the Communist Party of China. Thepeople’s livelihood not only shows the people’s living problems and quality but also thepeople’s benefits. The Communist Party of China sets the Thought of People’s Livelihoodat the first place since the Reform and Opening up. Livelihood is the most important partsof scientific development and harmony society.
