Research Of Community Correction To Guangxi Rural Area

With the progress of human science and technology and ideology, the way to solve the problem of crime and criminals has become more and more humanization. Community correction--a way different from the imprisonment became popular. Community correction is a kind of way which put the criminal in community to correct. It is a social and humanistic way of the non-imprisonment execution. It focuses on community and interactive relationship of criminal and effectively avoids the inherent defects of imprisonment punishment. It can greatly reduce the rate of re crime, and guide the criminals to return to society. Because of its positive social significance and diversified correction system, this work has been launched in more and more countries.In C city in Guangxi for example, this paper uses the empirical approach and causality analysis method, analyzing the C city in the community correction system’s achievements and the existing problems, and then puts forward the feasible solution. With the development of the community correction, As of December 2015, C city criminal execution prosecutors to investigate criminal execution outside prison, currently have 875 criminal execution outside prison, the cumulative low crime rate and level, the city has been in a low crime rate after community correction, the correction of the object re-socialization is higher. But the system has a narrow scope of community correction in China, legislation has deficiencies, social participation is not enough, the lower level of specialization and restricts its development in an all-round way. Therefore, from perfecting legislation, updating the penalty, the involvement of social forces, case modification and facilities security and strengthening the inter flow between departments and regional, etc. this paper raises some suggestions of improving the system of community correction.
