Solving Strategies Of Mass Disturbance From The Legal Perspective

At present.the problem of mass incidents in our country is more and more frequent and it is difficult to be effectively solved, not only to the social order of our country has a certain impact, but also to the current stage of China’s social transformation and the smooth progress of the system transition brings some challenges, and how to solve it has become one of the most concerned problems in the community. For the frequent occurrence of mass incidents, we should first have an objective and proper understanding of the attitude, also we should be fully recognized that it’s an inevitable product of social and historical process, and its production and development have positive significance to social progress. On the basis of, by strengthening the legal research, legal reasons analysis of mass events, by drawing on the advanced experience of foreign countries and combined with China’s specific national conditions, to find the legal settlement way of China’s mass events.This paper consists of four chapters. The first chapter mainly elaborates the research background, significance and the research trends of mass incidents in China. The second chapter mainly through sociological origin of group events combs, discusses the mass events into the research in the field of law and seek the necessity and feasibility of the solution, thereby the research is limited in the legal perspective. The third chapter mainly discusses the reasons of mass social events from the aspects of the imbalance of interests, power and order, lack of social justice and so on, in order to have a deeper understanding of the generation of mass incidents. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, mainly through the summary of foreign experience and reference, on the law to solve the collective measures for comprehensive analysis, to achieve the purpose of using legal means to effectively solve the mass events.
