| The system of discourse is an entirety of specific values,means of expression and route of transmission.It’s an important part of soft power. The system of discourse is the premise and basis which can ensure the discourse right on the international stage. System of discourse with Chinese characteristics is an entirety of socialist theory with Chinese characteristics,means of expression and route of transmission.The construction of system of discourse with Chinese characteristics roots in the grand practice of Chinese revolution and development.It goes through a very long process to combine the theory with practice,abstraction with concreteness.On the basis of the Marxism discourse system,system of discourse with Chinese characteristics inherits the Chinese style and Chinese way which founded by Chairman Mao.System of discourse with Chinese characteristics is accord with China’s national conditions,insist on Marxist theory.At present,the new development of practice and theory has presented higher requirement.During the meeting of ideology work,Chairman Xi emphasized that we need to construct discourse system,create new concepts and expression,spread Chinese story and voice,strengthen the voice on international stage.The Party Central Committee has acquired new achievement since 2012.The innovation of the system of discourse with Chinese characteristics has significant meaning for our construction of modernization and soft power.This article write in three aspect,the innovation’s background,characteristic and enlightenment.This article lay emphasis on the characteristic of innovation in values,means of expression and route of transmission.The article combines Chairman Xi’s important speeches,highlights the style of Xi,summarizes the new experience of innovation since 2012,through which China may consolidate the system of discourse,enhance political self-identity,improve soft power,spread Chinese voice. |
