An Empirical Study On The Scientific Outlook On Development Of Farmers’ Acceptance

China today is in a period of rapid economic development, but also the social structure of a major period of transition, the traditional mode of development has gradually become a shackle of transition, establishing the scientific mode on development has become increasingly important. Since the Scientific outlook on development was proposed more than ten years ago,time have gone, in these years, is Scientific outlook on development deeply rooted? Agriculture is a basic industry with importance in this country, how these farmers’ level of acceptance of the Scientific outlook on development?In this paper,we will find some problems through the questionnaire survey of farmers which can reflect the acceptance on the Scientific outlook on development. For example:the lack of understanding the Scientific outlook on development, the lack of knowing its contact with oneself,concerning the gap between rich and poor and the serious corruption, the implementation of the situation is not good, the differences in the understanding of some questions.On the basis of these problems, the paper also analyzes the possible causes of the problem,such as age and education level and income. On the basis of finding out the cause of the problem, from six aspects,this paper also puts forward some suggestions for improvement, in order to provide some help for the implementation of Scientific outlook on development in farmer groups. Including:strengthening publicity and improving the level of understanding and identification;reducing the gap between the rich and the poor and corruption,strengthening the practical implementation of Scientific outlook on development, strengthening environmental protection, improving the quality of life,and so on.At present,the scientific concept and way of development is the most important thing in our country’s economic and social transition. The investigation to the farmers can help us see big things through small ones.On the one hand, it can not only strengthen the practical implementation of Scientific outlook on development for farmers, but also can improve the degree of scientific development on agriculture; on the other hand, it is also an important reference which can help everyone understand and practice the Scientific outlook on development. In brief,it will do good for all when we choose a scientific way on development.
