Research On The Social Governance Thought Of The Communist Party Of China Since The Founding Of The PRC

In 2013 eighteen of the Communist Party of China third plenary meeting, the party standing at a new historical starting point, put forward the concept of social governance.From management to governance of the transition, in compliance with the new requirements of the social transition period, is the natural extension of the party’s social governance thinking logic. The Communist Party of China is the leader, organizer and executor of the modernization of national governance. It is of great significance to strengthen the research of the social governance thought and related topics. Present China is facing increasingly onerous task of social management, the government as the center of a yuan traditional control system has been unable to adapt to the new demands of social development, diversification and coordination is becoming a new paradigm for the practice of social governance. Facing the modern state governance system to the party’s own construction and the ruling ability of the proposed new requirements, combing refining previous social governance theory and innovation, in the face of the impact of economic globalization and changeable social development under the new situation to keep pace with the times, grasp the initiative.In this paper, the Communist Party of China’s social governance thought as the object of study, mainly divided into five parts of the study and discussion. The first part is the introduction. Explain the reason, research purpose and significance, domestic and foreign research status and research methods, the second part is an overview of the Communist Party of China’s social governance thought. Through of social governance and the related concept definition, research of the relationship between analysis and discussion, the origin of the theory, overall summary describes the party’s thought of social governance; the third part is since the founding of the People’s Republic of China Communist Party of China social governance thought development process. This paper discusses the development process of the party’s thought of social governance since the founding of the Communist Party of China,and the fourth part is the main content of the social governance of the Communist Party of China. It is the summary of the essence of the party’s social governance. The fifth part is the challenge and the realistic response to the Chinese social governance. In view of the reality of China’s social governance, the paper tries to put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the party’s point of view.
