Social integration means to build a social community of interests in a pluralistic society. Social governancerequiresthe ruling party must to change the original way of social integration by units and issuing executive order and pass cooperation,consultation,interaction together to complete the integration of society.Withthe change of totalitarian politics,the establishment and sustainable development of socialist market economy, which cause the diversityof social interests,structures and values,and poses challenges and tests to the Communist Party of China.Facing social transformation and new issues,the Communist Party of China actively explores and practices in terms of ideology,organization construction,system construction and mass organization.In view of the development of modern society, for such a large Chinese community, on the one handthe society needa strong political leadership to control social integration, on the other hand the Communist Party of China must use the power of the society because the party alone can not complete social integration and afford the huge social costs. Therefore, social integration in the context of social transformation must require the party’s self-building to enhance its social integration ability, and also require CPC to actively guide the development of society, to charge huge social forces to achieve social integration.Finally,through effective cooperation between CPC and the society, a social community of common interests is to be built.
