Research On The Characteristics,Causes And Countermeasures Of Social Contradictions In The New Normal

China is in the economic development of the “New Normal” since 2014.Social management is facing a new situation, and social conflicts presents new features,especially in all kinds of social conflicts in the past period of rapid economic development undertaken obvious highlight of the social harmony and stability has not small impact, to the grass-roots government social governance work has caused great difficulties and challenges.In this paper, I refer to the government work report, collect related data, and carry out field visits to research.As a result, I got a comprehensive understanding of the conflicts of Xiangcheng district of Suzhou City in 2011--2015. I also analyse different types of all kinds of outstanding contradictions and main characteristics, and use the theory of social harmony, social conflicts, social governance to get a detailed analysis of institutional mechanisms to generate these characteristics, economic infrastructure,social development, cultural and other aspects of ideological reasons.It has proposed to increase social governance reform and innovation, and effectively change the social management philosophy, adhere to the principles of social governance, improve the social management system, and constantly improve and perfect the mechanism of full coverage of prevention at source, and constantly improve and perfect all-round investigation of early warning mechanisms, and constantly improve and perfect diversification dissolve disposal mechanisms, and constantly improve and perfect the type of combat at the sudden emergency mechanism, enhance dispose of all kinds of social contradictions in the new normal level of capacity to effectively safeguard thefundamental interests of the broad masses of the people.
