Research On Reasons And The Prevention And Coordination Mechanism Of Social Contradiction During The Transition Period

At the end of 1970s,China entered into the new social transformation period. Over the past 30 years, opening up and reforming policy and social transformation has made profound changes in every aspects of economy and social areas. It is certain that there must be social costs with every social progress. Many kinds of social contradictions are taking place in our society when China entered into social transition period, those gave us more challenges to construct the socialist harmonious society. The construction of a socialist harmonious society is a constant process of solving the social conflict. The thesis analyzed the deep causes of social contradictions, proposed establishing and improving the mechanism of preventing and coordinating social contradictions on the basis of classification study of it, in order to maintain social stability and promote social harmony. The whole thesis contains the following aspects:The first part, overview. It describes the background, research thoughts and methods of the thesis, analyzed the domestic and international current situation of it. Thus leads to the discussion of social contradictions during the transition period.The second part, define the relative concept. In this part, we explained the notion of"transition period","social contradictions", and the relationships between them, those are the precondition and foundation of the whole study.The third part, characteristics and main appearance of social contradictions during transition period. The thesis analyzed the highlighting appearance of social contradictions in economic, political, cultural, narrow social areas. We also summarized the characteristics of it: most of social contradictions are benefits conflicts; social contradictions become more and more complicated; the antagonism of contradictions enhanced; the group incidents began to increase.The fourth part, the reasons of social contradictions during transition period. In the social transformation period, lots of reasons result in social contradictions, such as the deep stage background and the direct"fuse". The essay studied the profound realistic reasons, social background, system causes and ideological factors in the whole.The last part, the preventing and coordinating mechanism of social contradictions of the transition period. In the long term, resolving the social contradiction problem should pay more attention to prevention and coordination under the guide of the scientific view of development, then establishing and improving the long-run mechanism step by step. From the point of prevention, we must establish and improve the mechanism of benefits coordination, the mechanism of warning of social contradictions, and the mechanism of prevention and control of social security. From the point of mediation, we must establish and improve the mechanism of emergency resolving, the mechanism of dredging social contradictions, the social-psychological adjustment mechanism, and the supervision,assessment,accountability mechanism of resolving social contradictions.
