Research On The Theory And Practice Of Vietnamese Communist Party’s Anti-corruption Construction Since The 11th

Vietnam has made great progress in all aspects since comprehensive reform and opening up Implemented after the 6th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The rapid economic development has greatly changed the face of Vietnam. Compared with the rapid economic development, the political system has not been synchronized with its innovation. Failed to establish appropriate systems of democratic and legal rule, resulting in bureaucratic corruption, moral deterioration, debauchery and other issues.Under the leadership of the CPV, the Vietnam has begun to promote the fight against corruption vigorously, take a series of measures in terms of party building, socialist democracy and law, administrative reform, supervision system to solve these issues since the 11th. Vietcong breakthrough in theory firstly, innovating party self-construction theory to guide anti-corruption. In practice, Vietcong took party building as the main line, establishing and improving the party’s system, increasing the leadership of the anti-corruption work. In the legal construction, Vietcong took building a socialist national rights law as the goal, innovating legal system, paying attention to anti-corruption law and judicial reform, developing cooperation with other countries in judiciary, anti-corruption field. In the process of developing socialist democracy, Vietcong relied on improving the democratic system to promote anti-corruption construction, to accelerate administrative system innovation, to improve the democratic system, using the democracy development to curb corruption. In the construction of supervision system, Vietcong improved the Congress, the Fatherland Front, citizens, media supervision system, establishing a comprehensive monitoring system. On the economic front, especially in the state-owned enterprise, Vietcong improved the state-owned enterprise management steadily, stepping up efforts to the state-owned enterprises supervision. After these efforts, Vietnam has made great achievements in anti-corruption construction, accumulated a lot of experience. Even some experience can provide reference for China current anti-corruption construction. However, due to relatively slow system construction, not complete policy implementation and other reasons, there are still some problems in Vietnam anti-corruption work, which can also provide a warning for us in the anti-corruption construction.
