A Study For The Establishment Of Anti-corruption Institution Since Vietnam Renovation And Opening Up

Corruption has existed since ancient times and exists in modern political life.The essence of it is to use public power for private profit.Corruption disturbs the normal order of society,reduces the prestige and legitimacy of political parties and government,and is a caner in the national political life.If the state is to develop orderly,anti-corruption construction is indispensable.Since the renovation of opening-up policy in 1986,Vietnam has achieved the development in politics and economic areas.But because some reasons,the corruption problems are serious.Under such circumstances,Vietnam adopted a series of action to fight against corruption,such as enacted legislation,set up supervision administration and encouraged the news media and the public to participate in the anti-corruption campaign.The serious corruption phenomenon has been initially limited,The system of anti-corruption has been constructed firstly,which has a positive influence on the social and economic development of Vietnam.In the research of Vietnamese anti-corruption system,the principal line is how to prevent,supervise and punish the corruption,in order to have a more clear understanding to Vietnamese anti-corruption system from prevention,supervision and punishment three aspects,it concludes and summarizes the strategies in the establishment of the anti-corruption system from opening-up period,and then systematically review all kind of measures and policies.In the implement of anti-corruption system,there is not only achievement for Vietnamese government's positive efforts,but also problems in the establishment of the anti-corruption system.Through the evaluation of the construction of anti-corruption of Vietnam,we can have an overall understanding of Vietnam's anti-corruption system construction.
