The Study On Quality Promotion Of The Administrative Decision-Making Of The Local Government

Decision-making means that decisions are made for the specific goals after analyzing, calculating and determining the various factors based on certain information and experience with certain tools and methods.Due to the fact that the status and function of administrative decision-making in the administrative management is more and more prominent, it aims to analyze administrative decision-making of the local government, put forward a number of countermeasures to enhance administrative decision-making, make sure that the administrative decision-making is scientific, democratic and legitimate, and ensure that the administrative decision-making is more efficient and reflects the public nature. It also provides suggestions for upgrading the quality of the administrative decision-making of the local government at all levels of administration.In this paper, the literature research method, comparative research method and historical research method are used to do the related research. The first chapter studies the related concepts, basic principles and the theoretical basis of the administrative decision-making. The second chapter analyzes the criterion to measure the quality of administrative decision-making of the local government and the factors affecting the quality of administrative decision-making of the local government. The third chapter analyzes the present situation of administrative decision-making of the local government, including the analysis of results and dilemmas. The fourth chapter focuses on quality promotion paths of the administrative decision-making of the local government, including following administrative decision-making value norms, shouldering administrative decision-making responsibilities, standardizing administrative decision-making processes and improving administrative decision-making ecology.
