Study On Improving Quality Of The Administrative Decision-Making Under E-Government

The administrative decision-making is the core of the administration management. All the people of different organizations and policy-makers is concerned about how to improve the quality of administrative decision-making and ensure the effect of good policies and the implementation effect. Herbert Simon, the founder of policy-making, has pointed out that management is decision-making. Of course, decision-making is only one of administrative affairs. However, the decision-making is not the general affairs, but the most important and indispensable affairs. Every administrative organization wants to achieve goals successfully. They must grasp the essence and law of the decision-making, make the best choice of a variety of actions under the merits of the premise of scientific prediction. The merits of the administrative decision-making will involve the entire country and the nation or a region's development. So scientific decision-making research has became the core of the modern theory.E-government is the core of information technology. It is the first building of information technology. It is an important indicator of information technology. It is also the key driving force for the information industry and the service industry. E-government referred to a high degree in our country because it will promote the integration of local information by all levels of government, enrich the information resources greatly, process social and economic benefits. In order to improve the quality of administrative decision-making, e-government is a role of supporting.Six chapters of this study was to expand. The first chapter is to talk about the background of the study, the meaning of the study, the thinking and the methods of the study. The second chapter introduces the definition and importance of e-government and administrative decision-making. The third chapter introduces that environment was offered by the e-government and in this environment the theoretical basis for the administrative decision-making. The fourth chapter analyze the difference between the traditional administrative decision-making and administrative decision-making in the e-government. It can reflect the advantages. The fifth and sixth chapters are the center of my study. Through e-government effect on the administrative decision-making, I analyzed that the necessity of the quality of administrative decision-making in e-government environment. Then I posed restricted factors of administrative decision-making. Combining our actual circumstance, I introduced the way to improve the quality of administrative decision-making.
