Research On The Path Of Optimization Local Government Decision-Making In Big Data Era

Decision is the key and starting link of government management,the scientific and optimization of government decision is of great significance to improve government efficiency,reduce government administrative costs,achieve the government administrative objectives,and establish the authority of the government.Pre-prediction,dynamic decision-making,and scientific and democratized decision making of data driven decision making.With the rapid development of internet,mobile internet,internet of things,and the progress of cloud computing,artificial intelligence and deep learning,human beings have entered the "Big Data era ".The value of data in the government management and decision-making is more and more prominent,which brings a rare opportunity and great challenge to the government decision-making.With the arrival of big data era,relying on massive data and big data technology to promote the government decision-making trend is more and more obvious,making full use of big data to promote local government decision-making optimization has become an important issue in government decision-making.Using the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and expert interview,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of local government decision-making in the big data era.Through the comparative analysis of the foreign government use of big data decision-making related measures and experience for reference.Finally,the paper summarizes the path choice of local government in the use of big data to promote decision optimization.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter,the introduction,analyzed the background of the paper,the status of literature at home and abroad,and expounds the research ideas,methods,significance and so on.The second part analyzed the relevant concepts and theories of big data and government decision-making,and combed the important concepts and definitions of big data,government decision-making,decision-making optimization.And it analyzed the relevant theory of government decision-making,which lays the foundation for the theoretical analysis of the government decision-making.The third part analyzed the positive influences of big data on local government decision-making.Big data play an active role in the government's decision-making values,pre-decision and dynamic correction,the democratization of government decision-making,the improvement of local government's scientific cognition to the decision-makers and the realization of the government's decision-making targets.The fourth part analyzes the application obstacles and reasons of big data in the process of local government decision-making.At present,the local government can not adapt to the big data requirements in the decision-making system and mechanism,while the obstacle of big data technology and talents also affects the development of the data function in the government decision-making.But the local government big data decision consciousness is insufficient,the old system runs the inertia government financial investment insufficiency,the decision error accountability is not enough,is the application barrier produces the reason.The fifth part analyzes the path of local government decision-making optimization in the big data era.This paper first analyzes the large data comparison between the United States,Britain,Australia big data strategy and the application of government decision in big data era,sums up the relevant experience,and based on this,puts forward the specific methods and measures of the optimization of local government decision-making in the big data era.
