Study On The Innovative Countermeasures To Regulate Traffic Jam In Shenzhen Under The Background Of Big Data

The solution to urban traffic jam is an important subject for current urban administrators to study and a subject to be studied in an in-depth way from multiple aspects and perspectives. The introduction of big data, an important resource technology, into traffic regulation in Shenzhen innovates route options for regulating traffic jam in Shenzhen, bringing new opportunities. This paper conducts in-depth analysis on the present situation and main causes of the traffic jam in Shenzhen, and probes the innovative significances and countermeasure of regulating traffic jam by big data. The purpose of this paper is to blaze a new trail to the realization of modernized and information-based management of the traffic in Shenzhen.Since the reform and opening up, the economy in China has been developing rapidly and the possessing capacity of automobiles has been continuing to increase. In face of increasingly complex traffic problems, tradition traffic regulating mechanism, notions, ways and methods fails to cater to the modernization needs. This paper analyzes the present situation of the traffic jam in Shenzhen and why big data is employed to solve the problems in traffic regulation and how to use big data to solve the problems in the current traffic regulation for innovation in traffic regulation, which is of theoretical and practical significance.This paper adopts such research methods as literature analysis, comparison research, and statistical analysis to probe how to realize the regulation innovation for traffic in Shenzhen by means of big data. Firstly, by use the application cases of big data in traffic for reference, this paper probes the practical backgrounds where big data can brig innovation for traffic regulation. Secondly, this paper analyzes the present situation and causes of the traffic jam in Shenzhen, which provides foundation for countermeasures proposed blow to solve traffic problems. Thirdly, this paper discusses the opportunities and challenges brought under the background of the big data and thinks that the traffic regulation authorities should grasp the opportunities and brace the challenges to blaze a new trail in regulating traffic jam. Lastly, this paper probes the methods of regulating traffic jam under the background of big data and at the same time propose issues needing attention and countermeasures in regulating traffic jam under the background of big data.
