With the rapid growth of the number of motor vehicles and urban population in China,traffic congestion has become a bottleneck restricting the further development of the city,and the carrying capacity of the existing transportation system has become increasingly difficult to meet the needs of the public for traffic resources.The arrival of the era of big data provides a new and efficient means for urban management departments to solve traffic congestion.Based on the analysis of the application,advantages and challenges of big data in public management,this paper deeply analyses the current situation and causes of traffic congestion in China,and takes Shenzhen as an example to analyze the effect of using big data innovation in traffic congestion management,and summarizes the innovation of traffic congestion in Shenzhen under the background of big data.The experience provided by management to the whole country can provide a reference model and scheme for the management of traffic congestion in the whole country,optimize the urban traffic system and promote the construction of smart cities.Under the background of big data,the experience of innovative traffic congestion management in Shenzhen can be divided into the following four aspects:.The main aspects are as follows:(1)Transformation Traffic governance mode;(2)achieve traffic warning and detection;(3)improve traffic efficiency;(4)meet scientific decision-making requirements.This research is mainly through the analysis of the case of Shenzhen,in order to provide reference models and solutions for the management of traffic congestion in the country,to optimize the city's transportation system and to promote the construction of its smart city.
