Growth Logic Of Modern Chinese Nation-State In Perspective Of Coercion And Capital

As the most popular political system in the world, the modern nation-state is still the most important subject of the international community. The earliest modern nation-state was formed in Western Europe, it is not only the product of the gradual evolution of Western European countries, but also the process of the development of the world history of Western Europe. Different historical and forms of national conditions, leading to the western countries form their own different transition paths in the western countries formed their own different transition paths. Therefore, it is of great academic value for enriching the theory of modern nation state according to dig deep into the logic of the formation of nation-state of China.The main purpose of this paper is based on the deconstruction and reconstruction of two variables of Tilly’s coercion and capital, dig and divide deeply the content of coercion and capital, then put forward the elements of coercion and capital including armed forces, financial mechanisms, bureaucratic system, city, class composition and representative democracy. Analyze deeply the evolution logic of compulsory and capital in modern China by using the restructured analysis framework of force and capital. Then the article is divided into five parts:the first chapter is mainly aimed at the academic research of the formation theory of nation-state of China The purpose of the second chapter is build the research framework by the destruction and reconstruction of the research framework of coercion and capital; the third chapter mainly analyzes the development and evolution of the coercion in Modern China:the decline of the control of the armed forces, financial mechanisms or traditional bureaucratic system also means a new round of remodeling and transformation, then stride forward to form the pattern ofnation-state; the fourth chapter analyzes the development and change of capital in Modern China:the development of business, foreign trade development and urbanization level promote the acceleration of capital accumulation, the strength of the national capitalist has gradually become the leading force in the formation of the nation-state; the fifth chapter is aimed at exploring the forming logic of nation-state of China in modern times according to analysis of six elements in coercion and capital of Modern China.
