Marx takes achieving sharing of all and universal benefit as the ultimate goal of social development and he believes that social justice is the lofty realm of human society and the primary value of socialism and communism. At present, China is in a crucial stage of reform and deep water, multiple interests and contradiction has been highlighted, how to solve the disharmony factors in the society, maintaining social justice and harmony has become an important issue in promoting the construction of socialist modernization. Marx’s deep understanding of social justice and the social relief measures proposed by the authors to adjust social interest distribution, ease social contradictions, promoting social justice safeguard social stability still has the extremely vital significance.Therefore, Marx’s social justice ideological content to be studied in this paper in order to provide theory and practice references to the Chinese characteristic socialist economic construction, political construction, culture construction, social construction and ecological construction. This paper is divided into three parts, the specific contents are as follows:In the first part, the conditions and development process of Marx’s thought of social justice are analyzed and studied. The generation of Marx’s social justice thought has its deep historical roots. The oppression of the autocratic system of the dictatorship and the rise of the workers’movement in politics, the intensification of the contradiction of capitalist production and the intensification of capital exploitation in economy, and the rise of the enlightenment and the emergence of utopian socialism theory in thought provide sufficient conditions for the generation of Marx’s idea of social justice. And on this basis, Marx began to think about the issue of social justice.The second part mainly expounds the content and characteristics of Marx’s thought of social justice. Marx’s idea of social justice is mainly manifested in the following aspects:firstly, the justice of the political field which can be specifically divided into two aspects included human dignity and basic rights and equality and freedom for all; secondly, the justice of the economic field which includes producing justly, exchanging justly and distributive justice. Thirdly, social justice. Such as educational justice, social adjustment, etc. It si charaterizad by the unity of the historical and the ideal, the unity of individual and social, as well as the unity of the intergrity and openness.The third part focuses on the contemporary value of Marx’s thought of social justice and discusses the issue from the five aspects which are economy, politics, culture, society and ecology. Realizing social justice must correctly handle the relation of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction and ecological construction. It should carry out the idea of justice in all the work all the time and uphold the principles of opportunity justice, procedural justice and substantive justice to effectively solve the most practical problems of the greatest and most direct concern to the people. And strive to provide a variety of social services,and thus better meet the needs of the people.Marx’s thought of social justice is a scientific and open theory system, which is an important part of Marx’s theory system. Research and analysis of the process of formation and development of Marx’s idea of social justice have far-reaching significance for us to understand the connotation of Marx’s social justice thought, guide Chinese characteristics socialist modernization construction, and create a fair social environment.
