Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Communist Youth League Organizations In The Development Of Youth

Firstly, young people is the vital force and the future of the state-owned enterprise. Secondly, young people take an important part in continuous innovation, which is the power source of continuous development. Thirdly, in the process of dealing with all the difficult risky tasks, young people can be irreplaceable. Therefore, concerning about young people development and enhancement must be the most important subject of the Communist Youth League.According to the author’s working experience in the CYL of the state-owned enterprise, in his opinion, as the deep reformation and policies that introduced by the State Council, the state-owned enterprise build up a new space in this competitive market. However, it turns out to be new problems because of society’s reformation, people’s life style and the working environment. And these problems not only influence the CYL, but also can be blocks for the young people. We must insist on the Marxism and the theory of youth which can enhance the CYL’S ability.
