The Communist Youth League Of Jiangsu Medical Vocational College Organizes Service Research For Young People

In recent years,China's higher education has gone through a period of great development,the reform of higher education has been deepened,and the external environment and service objects of the Communist Youth League have undergone major changes:popularization of higher education,socialization of logistics,marketization of employment,information networking,full implementation of credit system and flexible school system,and full implementation of tuition-based schooling.Therefore,in the face of the new situation and requirements,the work of the Communist Youth League of Jiangsu Medical Vocational College has taken the initiative to change its concept and strengthen the work of the Communist Youth League of higher vocational colleges to serve the youth,which has become an important task for the self-construction of the Communist Youth League of Jiangsu Medical Vocational College.Taking the Communist Youth League organization of Jiangsu Medical Vocational College as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of its service to young people in Jiangsu Medical Vocational College,from strengthening the ideological and moral construction of young people,preventing youth crimes,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of young people,carrying out youth voluntary service,promoting youth employment and entrepreneurship,and so on.Starting with the help of different youth groups,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the existing problems and reasons of the Youth League organization in Jiangsu Medical Vocational College serving young people.Through the study,we find that there are some prominent problems in the work of serving young people in the Communist Youth League organizations,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects:weak sense of service,administrative tendency,NGO tendency,simple lag of participation and so on;and the reasons for these problems are mainly attributed to the complicated working environment and the needs of young people.Diversification,unclear orientation of the League organization itself,the League cadres'self-interest,the coverage of the League organization is not strong,work funds are insufficient,innovation is weak,etc.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the Youth League organization of Jiangsu Medical Vocational College to serve the youth,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of "clarifying the function orientation,promoting the deepening of reform,improving the basic guarantee" for the reference of the Youth League organization of Jiangsu Medical Vocational College.
