Perfection Of The Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism In Medical Disputes

Medical disputes which are related to citizens’ life and health has become to be one of the major social problems, caused widespread concern in the community. In recent years, the number of various medical disputes keep rising, inculding the "medical trouble" incidents, resulting in a increasingly tense of doctor-patient relationship, affecting the public safety seriously. Faced with complex, changeable, and frequent medical disputes, the existing medical dispute resolution mechanism should be further improved and perfected. Therefore, how to establish and improve the medical dispute resolution mechanism, to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of the two parties, to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship is an important issue to be solved in our country.Based on the combination of field survey and theoretical research, the article talks about the exploration and research of the people’s conciliation committee in medical dispute system, tempting to provide a reference for our country medical disputes solution. Including the background, legal basis, operation and the discussion of the system, in order to put forward the problems in practice. The third chapter for the perfection of the people’s conciliation committee in medical dispute system. Mainly from the aspects of legislation, system, operation to perfect the medical committee mediation system.
