The Optimization Research Of Video System Based On Safe City Of Guangzhou

The social security problem of Guangzhou has been a major concern to all walks of life in Guangzhou and to construct the Peace city of Guangzhou,the municipal government of Guangzhou has invested a lot of human and financial resources in terms of public security prevention to enhance the public security environment for Guangzhou. It is significant for Guangzhou to keep the stability of public security to expect the sustainable development and the prosperity. Therefore,Guangzhou has invested much in social governance in order to improve the overall security environment in recent years. The most obvious measurement of Guangzhou municipal government is the project in video monitoring and some outstanding results of management have been achieved. By creating Peace city of Guangzhou,the government has established public security prevention and control system,and it prevents many uncertain problems and boosts the quick response to emergencies,which improves the efficiency of management on public security.Guangzhou police have been committed to the construction of social security prevention and control system,and in the construction of video monitoring project,social institutions have been encouraged to participate in social public security management,and it improves the sense of security and satisfaction for Guangzhou citizens.The analysis methods mainly include qualitative and quantitative research,and preliminary elaboration on the current video construction work of Guangzhou has been made,to which we analyze and interpret the related prevention and control of security policy documents of Guangzhou Municipal Urban Development and the safety aspects. The main theories of the study are governance theory and coordination theory,on which we made a comprehensive analysis on the current situation of video construction work from the participation of the Guangzhou municipal government and the social aspects. Some achievements and shortcomings of the Guangzhou Municipal Urban video have been revealed. Through data analysis,the current video management of Districts of Guangzhou City is explained and illustrated. And also some usefulconclusions and experience are obtained by comparing the video management between Guangzhou and other developed areas in China and the abroad,which could provides a theoretical idea and realization paths for the sustainable development of safe city of Guangzhou.
