Research On The Problem Of The Community Of Philanthropy

In recent years, with the improvement of China’s modernization, charities are generally concerned. The development of Chinese traditional philanthropy is far from enough to meet the needs of China socialist modernization, which requires to be in accordance with the needs of the time continued to perfect our philanthropy, innovative content to comply with the development of the charity, rich in charity mode.Taking some communities’ charity development in Changchun as cases, this paper grasps the modern trend of community charity development through the survey analysis of A community charity platform. On the basis of investigation and study, a comprehensive summary on philanthropy in the community and the development advantages and problems are discussed in the paper, using case method in problem solving model to find out the causes of the problem,then to explore solutions, to further promote the development of community of charities in our country, to expand new ways of Modern Philanthropy development.This article has the following sections:An introduction. Starting from the research purpose and meaning, and defines the core concepts and interpretation of the relevant theories at home and abroad, with the actual situation,puts forward ideas and research methods.Following, the first part is the charity of community development. To sort out the development course of my charity work, through traditional philanthropy development, diversity in the charitable involvement and philanthropic community development path, also in Changchun City charity community the development of empirical research.The second part is a summary of problems of Changchun City charity community.According to the survey. Philanthropy community there are four problems: namely chaos of charitable organizations, public charity functions in the community lack awareness, community charities in China lack quality, rigidity in the management of community philanthropy.The third part is the analysis of Changchun City charity community development constraints. Mainly from the lack of organizational norms, publicity and promotion are not in place in China, charity benefits, charity runs, such as lack of flexibility.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the problems in the development of the charity community. Such as strengthening community grass-roots charitable organization and management, increased community charitable media promotion, strengthening of Community charity staff, improve supervision and management of Community charity fourputs forward appropriate policies.
