A Study On The Copyright Of "Today Headline"

With the development of mobile Internet, the mobile news client becomes the main channel for obtaining news. "Today headline" came into the news applications market. With personalized push advantages, it occupied a large market share, but alleged copyright infringement and often accused in court.In order to explore "Today headline" of copyright law issues, this thesis used empirical analysis and value analysis, divided into three chapters to discuss by asking questions, analyzing problems and problem-solving ideas.The first chapter summarizes the characteristic of the "Today headline" products, push content and mode of operation of the properties, and introduces the relevant situation, summarized the focus of controversy. The second chapter analyzes one by one, "Today headline" exists among the controversial issues of copyright law, found that the copyright for the development of network technology brings new challenges. Finally, a "Today headline" solution causing the problem, first, to improve the protection of current events, the second is to build a fair and equitable benefit-sharing mechanism on the law, to repair the balance between the interests of copyright-related people.
