Research On The Chuan-Shan Soviet Area’s Cultivation Of Clean Government

Chuan-Shan Soviet Area is one of significant bases under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party during the Second Revolutionary Civil War period, which is the second largest Soviet area of Chinese Soviet Republic. During the two years’ exiting of Chuan-Shan Soviet Area, Party leaders carry out a building of an incorruptible government, which gains a good effect and a remarkable accomplishment. This paper investigates and explores the practice of building of an incorruptible government of Chuan-Shan Soviet Area in the perspective of the Sinicization of Marxism. It combines with specific measures in Chuan-Shan Soviet Area of an incorruptible government starting from the basic theory of Marxism to build an incorruptible government and summarizes the history experience and enlightenment of reality, which has practical significance for an incorruptible government of new period.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is introduction,it mainly introduces purposes and meaning of this topic, research status of this topic and the related field, research method and the innovation points of this paper. The second part discusses theoretical origin of incorruptible government of Chuan-Shan Soviet Area,mainly including theory about incorruptible government written by Marxism classical writers. The third part gives a comprehensive description of background about incorruptible government of Chuan-Shan Soviet Area.The fourth part mainly introduces main measures and effectiveness of Chuan-Shan Soviet Area about incorruption; The last chapter summarizes the historical experience and enlightenment of reality of incorruptible government in the Chuan-Shan Soviet Area.
