Research On Xi Jinping’s Thought Of Ecological Civilization Construction System

Xi Jinping’s Thought of Ecological Civilization Construction System is formed on the basis of the practice of our country’s ecological civilization construction, and it is an important part of our party’s ecological civilization theory. During the early period of working in Zhengding County, Hebei Province, under Xi Jinping’s hosts, in order to impose the local economical development, Zhengding County in 1985 formulated Zhengding County Economy, Technology, Society Developing Overall Plan in which it proposed to implement the policy of forestry, clear the forest ownership, and maintain inviolable of the forest wood property. It shows that Xi Jinping has already considered the ecological problem from the preface of the system. In 2002, Zhe Jiang province proposed the target to build “Green Zhe Jiang”. Xi Jinping puts forward the construction of “ Ecological Province”, and he stresses that through legal and ecological civilization education promote the thought of Zhe Jiang ecological province construction. After the 18^th National People’s Congress, Xi Jinping in the Third Plenary Session of the 18^th Central Committee Communist makes it clear that it should closely around the construction of beautiful China, deepen the reform of ecological civilization, and form a modern construction of a new pattern of harmonious development between human and nature. In the Forth Plenary Session of the 18^th Central Committee Communist, Xi Jinping further puts forward the strategies of governing the country according to law, emphasizing that through completing the system of the ecological civilization law to guide and standardize our ecological civilization construction at a deeper level. In the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18^th Central Committee Communist, Xi Jinping proposes to intensify environmental governance and takes the improvement of the environment quality as the core to implement the most strict environmental protection system. Xi Jinping puts forward a set of the new perspectives and new strategies for our environmental civilization construction system and it keeps highly consistent with our country’s socialist modernization construction steep. It has powerful theoretical guidance to our ecological civilization construction. Therefore, this paper takes Xi Jinping’s thought of ecological civilization construction system as a research topic.This thesis takes the contemporary China’s present situation of the ecological environment as the background, and Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization constructional practice course as research line.
