The Research On Rural Ecological Civilization Construction In China On The View Of Marx Ecological Civilization Thought

It is an important strategy assigned by the Party’s Seventeenth to build ecological civilization, which means new requirements in Chinese new rural construction and development. And it is also a fresh idea in governing and rejuvenating. The theory of rural ecological civilization plays an important part in theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. However, Marx ecological civilization thought based on the view of the harmony between man and nature, which provides valuable theoretical resources ,theory and practice value with importance.In this paper, we try to set forth the contents and process of Marx ecological civilization thought and new socialist rural ecological civilization, and point out that ecological civilization is inherent need and precondition to China’s rural construction. At present, rural ecological civilization has aroused worldwide attention, but the form is not optimistic. There are also several of problems, such as soil erosion, water contamination, destroyed ecological system and so on.This paper provides countermeasure alternative based on analyzing of reasons for the degradation of rural environment in China. In my opinion, only the superiority of the socialist system into full play as to guide the ecological civilization construction of a new socialist countryside, we can not solve the problems. In order to realize the rural and the sustainable doubly hard and fast development of the whole society, our government should strengthen the countryside ecological environment protection on all sides,improve farmers’ consciousness of environmental protection,and maintain the farmer’s economic interests and environmental rights.
