Research On The Civil Dispute Resolution Mechanism Of Tibet Autonomous Region

In this paper the Tibet Autonomous civil dispute settlement mechanism for the research topic, based on analysis of the Tibet Autonomous Region Civil Dispute Resolution Present Situation and Problems, through drawing on the successful practices and experiences of other mainland regions, the author proposes to improve the Tibet Autonomous Region of Tibet to resolve civil disputes proposed scheme.The purpose of this paper is to study to be adopted by the Tibet Autonomous Region on China’s civil dispute settlement mechanism to resolve the current situation and problems of today’s Tibet Autonomous Region, mechanisms for civil disputes, make recommendations, in order to further improve the Tibet Autonomous Region of civil dispute resolution mechanisms, so that better able to resolve the dispute, to better build a harmonious society.This paper consists of four chapters:The first chapter is an introduction. In this chapter, including this thesis writing background, corresponding research status and development trends at domestic and abroad and research purpose,significance, innovation and deficiencies.The second chapter is an overview of the Tibet Autonomous Region Civil Dispute Settlement Mechanism. This chapter briefly introduces theconcept of disputes and dispute resolution mechanisms, the existing TAR civil dispute settlement mechanism will be described, while the main content of the paper is limited to writing letters mechanisms, arbitration,mediation and litigation mechanisms mechanisms for writing later pave the way.The third chapter Running Situation of civil dispute settlement mechanism of the Tibet Autonomous Region and its problems. This chapter first run in terms of the status quo of the Tibet Autonomous Region Civil Dispute Settlement Mechanism complaint mechanism,arbitration, mediation and litigation mechanism mechanism analysis,based on analysis of the current situation summarized the main issues these mechanisms exist. Current Status and Problems in the analysis is the author of four mechanisms be set forth separately in order to make the article more organized resistance.The fourth chapter Consideration for the improvement of the Tibetan chapter Civil Dispute Settlement Mechanism. First introduced with a reference to the Tibet Autonomous Region Civil Dispute Settlement Mechanism Putian mode.
