Enhancing The Environmental Adaptability Capacity Of Social Work Intervention Of Beginning College-graduate Village Official

“College-graduate village official program” is a major strategic initiatives for the government which will help to build a new socialist country, and to accelerate the modernization process, and a major strategic decision of the Party Central Committee which focused on the long-term development of the party and the state. The Student Village Official serving the village, the majority of them are not able to quickly adapt to the work environment, living conditions and social environment, thus affecting the officials to play the role, and even lead to the individual officials’ resignation of the occurrence. Thus, it is necessary to enhance the environmental adaptability of the beginning Student Village Officials, and also need help from the professional skills of social workers.Based on newly appointed student village officials for the study, this paper used the Literature method to analyze deeply for promoting the conditions of environmental adaptability and the causes, adopted the way of social work intervention, applied to the concepts and methods of group work, to help the new village officers to enhance resilience.The process of the social work have been carried out, reflecting and summarizing constantly on the substantive work which carried out, and correcting and improving the group work methods, in order to explore the best methods of enhancing the resilience of the social wok intervention. By improving the environment adapted capacity of the officials, inspiring the work enthusiasm, improving efficiency, changing effectively the views of the villagers and the other cadres, and playing fully the role of the students village officials, thus, speed up the pace of construction of the new countryside.Assessing and summarizing of the work of the team, the group work is effectiveness to enhance the ability of environmental adaptability of the beginning Student Village Officials. It is targeting relatively strongly to carry out group activities, then the team members participate fully which with high efficiency. By conducting thematic groups, it is better to help the officials to definite self-awareness clearly, to develop their self-adjustment capability, to enhance the professional knowledge and skills, to improve their ability to adapt to the environment, and thus it provides some references and suggestions to enhance the ability to adapt to the environment of the newly appointed college-graduate village officials in the future.
