These years, we have paid great efforts to the construction of the new socialist countryside, and the plan of the college graduate students to work in the countryside was emerged under this circumstance.Nowadays, our government has worked actively on the building of primary-level organizations in the countryside. The problems of the quality, aging, legal sense and management of the village cadres are restricting the construction of the new countryside. On the other hand, with the increasing enrollment of colleges, the graduate employment became a growing problem. Meanwhile, our rural areas just need young talented person to work there. The plan of College-Graduate "Village Official" could complete the building of primary-level organizations in the countryside, promote the cultural transmission in rural areas, and drive the development of the rural economics. Also, it can find a new way to relieve the pressure of graduate employment.This article aimed to resolve the problems appeared during the implement of the College-Graduate "Village Official", and ensure it has long-term effect.
