Study On The Legal Issues Related To The Implementation Of China Free Trade Zone Strategy

Under the multilateral trading system, the global economic evolution of today’s moment, want to find deeper cooperation and development has certainly difficult, so amount of countries（regions） tend to be in a small, relatively stable environment to develop economic and trade cooperation, to achieve liberalization of the regional trade. Free Trade Area will be a choice to achieve the development of trade liberalization, and more and more countries（regions） choose this way. The development speed of Free Trade Area has obviously expediting, our country also forward the strategy of Free Trade Area timely. And the basic legal for the strategy need to improve as a support, because of the Free Trade Area development of our country starts late, the experience has relatively insufficient, so the legal system also have many shortcomings, the study of the strategy has more about economic and political field, this article will focus on the legal angle, to research present situation, existing problems, and the corresponding suggestions of Free Trade Area strategy development. Make our country’s basic legal of Free Trade Area strategy become more scientific.In this article, have four parts in total.
