Finally, to improve the grass-roots public security organs inside supervision over law enforcement effectiveness put forward feasible suggestions.Through this study, expect to be able to standardize the grass-roots public security organs handling the case of law enforcement, promote public security police fair and civilized law enforcement to good guide action, promote and improve the grass-roots public security organs of internal supervision of continuous improvement, promote the reform and innovation of the grass-roots public security organs internal supervision system, it is also necessary to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of the police, inevitable requirement of the construction of rule of law in China.
