The public security organ has the dual nature of administration and judicature.It is not only a part of the government at all levels,but also an administrative organ and has the functions of some judicial organs.Promoting public security reform and strengthening the management of the public security team is an important guarantee for enhancing the combat effectiveness of public security work and fully fulfilling its mission.In the management system of each work,the performance appraisal system is the most effective directional and handy management system,improving the efficiency of public security work,improving the quality of the public security team,improving the public security image,enhancing the sense of security and satisfaction of the masses.Has a positive role in promoting.All along,the public security system has made certain achievements in exploring organizational performance appraisal,but there is still a big gap in establishing a scientific,comprehensive and systematic public security system organization evaluation system.The road to exploration has a long way to go.Therefore,it is very urgent and necessary to strengthen the theoretical research and explore practical and feasible optimization methods for the construction of public security system organization performance appraisal system.Through the application of relevant theories,combined with empirical research,this paper deeply explores the problems existing in the performance appraisal of public security system organizations,and attempts to study and optimize the countermeasures for the performance appraisal of public security system organizations.The full text is divided into five parts,which introduces the theoretical and practical significance,research ideas,research methods and research framework of public security system organization performance appraisal research,studies the concept and theory of performance appraisal,and introduces the performance appraisal of D city public security bureau D branch office.The status quo,problems and causes,so as to propose ways and methods to improve the performance appraisal of the public security system,the countermeasures are practical and operative.In a word,this paper studies the public security system organization performance appraisal by incorporating the performance appraisal of public security system into the public management perspective and comprehensively deepening the reform of public security,and selects the empirical research of a specific region to face the performance appraisal of public security system under the new era and new situation.The problems and difficulties have a deeper understanding,and propose relevant countermeasures and ways for the public security system to promote organizational performance appraisal.
