Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has proposed that comprehensive rule of law is the essential requirement and important guarantee of socialism with Chinese characteristics.A socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics centered on the Constitution.The public security team,as the vanguard in deepening the construction of the rule of law in our country,is already on the line to comprehensively deepen the reform of the rule of law.In the work of the public security system in our country,"people-centered" is regarded as the core of the law enforcement concept,and various policies formulated by the state are fully implemented as required to play an active role in promoting the rule of law and building a socialist country under the rule of law.However,in reality,due to the interaction of various social reasons and factors,my country’s public security law enforcement work still has a certain degree of irregularity,especially the construction of law enforcement standardization of grassroots public security teams,and the progress is slow,and grassroots public security teams are performing law enforcement.During the process,there are still problems such as irregular law enforcement and numerous complaints from the masses.In the context of the rapid development of the media industry,the influence of many irregular and unreasonable law enforcement actions on the minds of the people has further expanded.At present,the public security organs have regarded improving the satisfaction of the masses as an important criterion for the standardization of law enforcement by the public security organs.Therefore,this greatly undermines the public security system and the credibility of the government.Therefore,there is an urgent need for public security organs to enhance the overall strength of the grassroots public security team by strengthening the standardization of law enforcement.As an important part of the public security organs,the grassroots public security team is an important department for maintaining public security and stability in the jurisdiction and resolving social contradictions.However,the importance of the grassroots public security team is not only that it is a national law enforcement machine and has law enforcement powers.At the same time,it is also an important tool to help the masses solve their difficulties and assist government departments in carrying out comprehensive governance.To a large extent,the grassroots public security team not only represents the image of the local public security organs,but also represents the image of the Communist Party of China and the People’s Government.The level of law enforcement of the grassroots public security organs can reflect the standardization of law enforcement by a party,a government,or even a country.Therefore,it is of great importance to study the law enforcement status of our country’s grassroots public security teams,analyze problems,and make suggestions.This research has carried out systematic research around the logic of "theoretical basis,research design" and so on.By studying the level of law enforcement standardization of the grassroots public security team of the Y County Public Security Bureau in L City,it is analyzed that the grassroots public security law enforcement standardization level still exists in the Y County Public Security Bureau,the level of legal education training environment is low,and the reserve of legal talents is insufficient.Based on the current situation,it points out the slow progress of the law enforcement standardization of the grassroots public security team of the Y County Public Security Bureau.There are reasons for the low level of law education environment for the grassroots public security team,insufficient investment in the standardization of law enforcement,and numerous non-police activities.It further proposes to increase the grassroots public security team.Measures such as training intensity for the standardization of law enforcement,changing the law enforcement concept of the grassroots public security team,improving the logistics support of the grassroots public security team,and speeding up the public security construction of the grassroots public security team.Through the research of this article,we can actively promote the construction process of the law enforcement standardization of the grassroots public security team,so as to promote the realization of the idea of ruling the country by law.
