Problems And Countermeasures Of Governmental Information Publicity In China

With our rapid economic development and the trend of economic globalization,information globalization has become a trend, too. Government information publicity has just arisen and less-well developed in our country, but people are getting more and more eager about information. This paper is aimed at current situation and problems in Xinjiang local government information disclosure system. According to the data from the web sites of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, this institution is faced with opportunities as well as challenges.This paper is divided into four parts. In the first installment of this four-part article, it have reviewed the basic conception and principle of the governmental information publicity, explains the system of government information, the right to know and analyzes the information openness system necessity. The second part is based on a lot of research data, information from the current regional government and typical cities which shows that there are a lot of problems in this system. This final installment has analysis on these current issues and problems. In the third part,comparatives analysis and reference system of relief of public information to foreign countries and regions, were introduced in Japan and the United States information disclosure system. To solve those problems we have mentioned, the last part of this article is some technical measures for our country, and also puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures according to relevant laws.
