Research On The Reform Of The Management System Of "Unity Zone Nd Group" In The Corps

The third plenary session of the 18 th central committee of the communist party of China established the theme of deepening reform comprehensively, another wave of reform once again swept across China, has become the new normal of political and economic life in our country. With the promoting of great development of western and the belt and road strategy, the Xinjiang production and construction corps also ushered in a golden opportunity of deepening the reform comprehensively. Xinjiang production and construction corps is a particular organization that contains the character of party, government, military and enterprise, and bears the mission of station troops to open up wasteland and garrison the border. Along with the development of the socialist market economy, the special system of Xinjiang Corps exists some difficulties, such as political capital, political and social, political affairs, political enterprise are not divided,this has seriously affected the pace of development of corps and the main city corps at home or abroad, so the reform must be carried out. Farm is the basic unit of the corps, and also is the carrier, the source of vitality, so the development and stability of the farm related to the overall situation of the crops. Currently farm reform as a breakthrough in the overall situation of corps, it is an important strategic layout by the corps.This paper bases on the corps’ farm management system and operational mechanism models as the research object, and the specific content mainly according to the background, meaning, problems during the process of implementing and countermeasures of Wujiaqu Green Lake Ecological Economic Zone, 101 group "unity zone and group" pattern, etc.This paper mainly includes the following five parts:The first part is introduction, mainly does a system summary and overview about the research background, significance, content, methods and research status at home and abroad do system summary and overview, and define the related concepts of the project involved, to lay a foundation for further solid propulsion research.The second part mainly introduces the related theory of the corps management system reform, to prove the feasibility of the topic from the theoretical level.The third part introduces the present situation of the reform of management system and the main characteristic about the “unity zone and group” pattern. Hope that readers have a whole macro understanding.The fourth part mainly analysis the problems that generate during the process of reform, and find the reasons.The fifth part aims at the problems in the previous chapter, combines with the analysis of the causes, suit the remedy to the case, then puts forward some countermeasures to conform to the actual needs.
