With the deepening of reform and opening up, the rapid development of the economy, but China is in a period of social and economic transformation and development, which triggered social conflicts have become increasingly prominent, especially the different types of labor conflicts is becoming increasingly complex, in the process Laborers gradually strengthening its own legal consciousness and awareness of rights, there has been an increasing number of labor relations disputes, labor disputes group was high trend. Mass labor disputes has become the focus of attention, but also the trade unions, governments, courts tricky job difficult. Correctly handle the mass labor disputes for stability and economic development of society, have a crucial impact.Mass labor disputes in urban and urban fringe areas especially, where both radiation bustling city, but also has a lot of labor-intensive business model, is densely populated areas of labor relations, but also the population in areas of high labor disputes. Research in these areas for groups of labor disputes as a typical problem for the national labor relations and social development point of view, you can when dealing with similar issues in the future play a great reference. The relevant state departments to deal with mass labor disputes gave full attention to properly handle a large number of events, but there are still some problems during operation, such as a single negotiation process mechanism, play the role of trade unions is not sufficient, the mediation dummy companies and so on. In dealing with the mass labor disputes, the question on the mechanisms of these processes did not play a positive role in promoting, undermining the stability and harmony of society.I first explain the background and significance of the article, and then research status are reviewed, analyzed the current research analysis, discusses the related research content, research methods and feasibility analysis and innovation. In the first chapter of the mass labor disputes and group events such as the first theoretical analysis defining labor relations, the concept of labor disputes, labor arbitration, labor inspection, group events and mass labor disputes. Then define the group events relevant theoretical basis, such as the accidental theory, intrinsic theory, social conflict theory, set theory and domestic theoretical basis of behavior. The second chapter summarizes the current situation of mass labor disputes; first explain the basic situation and research value of mass labor disputes, characteristics and status quo of mass labor disputes and analysis of typical cases. Then we confessed our community labor dispute handling mechanism, such as labor security supervision system, labor dispute arbitration system, tripartite coordination mechanism of labor relations, grassroots labor dispute mediation organizations, labor dispute mediation committee people, the people’s court as well as mechanisms for follow-up visits. The third is the group of the problems of labor disputes, labor disputes such as the lack of institutional groups, group labor dispute handling procedures are very cumbersome, mass labor disputes disposal weak linkage. The paper discusses the feasibility of suggestions, such as the feasibility of improving labor protection laws and regulations based on considerations based on social needs of enterprises and workers as well as the development of feasibility considerations based on the feasibility of the judicial authority and credibility of the government’s consideration. Finally, review the contents of this article, the article presents insufficient research.Based on the status of the relevant state departments in the handling of mass labor disputes as exemplified herein, truthfully express the current state of the relevant departments in the handling of mass labor disputes remaining problems, analyze problems using different methods on how to deal with mass labor disputes issues raised pertinent comments and suggestions in order to deal with related issues in the future play a positive role.
