As China’s local government procurement system is an important part of business management of Leting authorities at or above the county level government procurement system, has great influence on the administrative expenditure efficiency and benefit.With the development of economy, China’s government procurement system has been modified and improved, so the government procurement system of Leting county government procurement system is also combined with the development of society and the actual situation of the county.
