Maintaining Personal Dignity As The Idea Of Social Security Law

As a main part of our legal system,social security legal system has great value of maintaining the rights of citizens, especially for the vulnerable groups. But with the deepening of social security practice,a lot of problems appeared,such as improving the level of social security,expanding the scope of social security object and the diversification of the way to social security and so on. Our social security legal system has facing serious challenges. The development of system can not without the support of idea, so we must study the idea of social security system.So, the author believe that it is the right time to take the idea of maintaining personal dignity as the idea of social security legal system. It can solving the problem of ignoring personal autonomy, help to solving the current problems,and eventually realize the ultimate purpose of social security law that to gain the well-being of personal. There are three parts of the article : introduction, main body and conclusion.The introduction part as the first chapter : it introduces a real case, which points out the problem of social security system, and then lead to the theme of this article. After, it introduces the significance, research methods,thought of the thesis and research status of the paper.There are four chapters in the main body :Second chapter : the evolution of the idea of social security law. This part briefly introduce the characteristics of the idea of law, after searching the books then introduce the development course of the idea of social security legal system, such as the idea of protect the right of survival, the idea of social solidarity.Third chapter : the reason and necessity of maintaining personal dignity as the idea of social security law. This part analysis the connotation of the personal dignity. After, combine the characteristics of personal dignity with social security law to proof the theme of this chapter.Fourth chapter : maintaining personal dignity and the current situation of our country’s social security legal system. From the perspective of maintaining personal dignity,the author point out the problems of current social aid,social insurance and social welfare legal system.Fifth chapter : the effects of maintaining personal dignity as the idea of social security legal system to the construction of our social security legal system. This part come back to the reality to studying the social security legal system. It uses the social aid 、social insurance and social welfare legal system as example to describe the good effects to the construction of social security legal system which maintaining personal dignity as the idea of social security legal system can provided, then eventually prove the rationality and legitimacy of the theme of this paper.Conclusion part as chapter six : showing us the problems this paper has studied, and the problems which are waiting for further study.And then from the perspective of citizens well-beings, restatement the importance of social security legal system, to making the theme of this paper clear.
