Study On The Citizens Adoption Of Rural E-government

Along with the development of electronic information technology, network in social governance makes an increasingly powerful influence, the information technology in the government office activities plays an important role. E-government perfectly realize the integration of information technology and electronic government administration. Administrative paperless office and efficient、one stop e-government services liberate the government administrators from the complicated administrative affairs, also can let the citizens have a practical and efficient administrative services experience from the use. The development of e-government experienced from urban to rural development and with the increase of rural economic prosperity and rural affairs. E-government construction in rural areas also has made great development. The purpose of E-government construction is to provide more and better of e-government services, however, in the rural areas, E-government is in much degree is adopted and which factors affecting Rural E-government, these are the central issues of this paper.On the basis of theoretical research and model integration, respectively from the social environment, website technology characteristics, personal characteristics of trust factors, service factors, put forward assumptions of factors influenced on the E-government adoption in rural areas. And select the adoption of Jiangyin Rural area comprehensive information management system as a case study, after the field survey, through data analysis to verify the above hypothesis. Exploratory discover that personal characteristics of the citizens, the convenience of website, Internet security, service level and the quality of the site are the factors affecting rural e-government adoption intention and continued use.Finally,on the basic of survey and analysis the conclusion, this paper tries to from the expansion of rural E-government awareness, enhance information quality and online service ability, increase social participation and enhance the sense of trust,to put forward countermeasures to improve the Chinese rural e-government adoption level.
