Multidimendional Study Of Marxism Ideologocal Legitimacy

Ideology, an important source of political legitimacy and maintenance measures, is confronted with the legality and legitimacy problems. The ideological legitimacy problem is the theoretical and practical issues of any ruling party can not be ignored, to enhance the legitimacy of ideology, to strengthen the ruling party’s ruling ability, ideological legitimacy is an important means and necessary condition for the steady development of the society. Similarly, the long ruling Communist Party of China also needs to constantly enhance the legitimacy of the ideology of Marxism. Therefore, for the current China, a scientific understanding and grasp toward the legitimacy of Marxism ideology as well as exploring ways to enhance its legitimacy, are the key link to promote the smooth and stable China characteristics of socialist modernization, and also a theoretical and practical problem to winning the support of majority of the people for the mainstream ideology of Chinese.This paper investigated the history of the origin and development of the concept of ideology,because ideology has experienced a process of development and evolution, which can be used as a negative concept, can also be a neutral concept. However, we usually talk about the practical problems in the ideological construction, yet not to be restricted. therefore, the development process of reviewing and summarizing the concept of ideology is necessary. On this basis,Marxism theory of ideology legitimacy multi-dimensional research proves to be meaningful.This thesis can be accepted by member of society by exploring Marxism ideology legitimacy as our guiding ideology from the practical orientation, value orientation, scientific orientation,openess orientation and reality orientation.However,under the new condition, the domestic and overseas surrounding of Marxism ideology are more perplexing, which is faced up with new crises and challenges.On the one hang,our country is in the period of economic development and social transformation,during which people’s diverse ideas and values can weaken oue identity towards Marxism ideology. On the other hand,the development of globalization along with the inburst of the western ideology, western culture, and a variety of social thoughts into Chinese, led to widespread public confusion in ideology, cultural beliefs, weakening the legitimacy foundation of the ideology of Marxism. Therefore, this thesis would solve the crisis of Marxism ideology andenhance the legitimacy of the ideology of Marxism from its theory, practice dimension, value dimension, and so on.
