Jilin Province County Cadres Ideological And Political Education Countermeasures

Since Chinese Communist Party was founded, it has actively combined ideological and political education theory and practice of Chinese Communist Party. Ideological and political education holds an important position in the work of Party building. Especially in recent years, the academic circle has paid attention to governing capacity education of Chinese Communist Party and transferred to leaders in counties. Ideological and political education of leaders in counties is an important, urgent and long-term job. Meanwhile, it is a need of adapting social reform and development and the bound of enhancing education of Party leading team.This paper mainly studies ideological and political education of leading team in counties of Jilin Province. Starting from research background and significance of ideological and political education of leading team, this paper expounds domestic and foreign research status. Research methods involved in this paper mainly include literature research method, interview investigation method and inductive method etc. This paper begins with overview of ideological and political education, explains the concept and content of ideological and political education and analyzes its significance based on its content. Then, the conditions of domestic and foreign ideological and political education are stated and compared. In this paper, on the basis of in-depth leading team in county, has carried on the detailed investigation, starting from the actual, this paper expounds the structure distribution of civil servants in counties of Jilin Province, ideological dynamic of leading team in counties of Jilin Province, analyzes the dilemma of ideological and political education of leading team in counties. Analyze the reasons of the problem respectively from the aspects of society, organization and individual. Systematically analyzes the internal structural factors of the existing problems of ideological and political education of leading team in counties. This paper put ideological and political education of leading team in counties in the actual cases, according to its dilemma, put forward the corresponding countermeasures on four aspects as perfect the education content, improve the education mechanism, innovate education method and strengthening the education diversification.
