Research Standardized Management Of Private Pension Institutions

With the severity of increasingly growing issue of aging, the old-age care problem gathers much attention in our daily life. The software and hardware construction of China’s old-age care institutions lag far behind those in the developed countries, thus cannot meet the need of old-age care. In recent years, the issue of old-age care in China has achieved rapid development. All kinds of old-age care institutions are becoming increasingly popular, especially the private ones, which gain great momentum under the support of relevant policies. On the one hand, the private old-age care institutions play an indispensable role in China’s old-age service system. On the other hand, because of the short developing time of the institutions, there are great gaps and omissions in the software and hardware facilities and functional distribution. The sustainable development capacity of China’s private old-age care institutions are severely restricted due to the lake of necessary medical conditions and regulatory management system, the deficiency of infrastructural and qualified nursing staff as well as the imperfection of relevant laws and regulations. So that the comprehensive level of management and quality of service cannot meet the demands of old-age care services.Based on the international and domestic research data over the management of the private old-age care institutions combined with the third management indicator,“‘two norms and one standard’ checklist for old-age care institutions” released by Ministry of Civil Affairs, I have gained a better understanding of the management status quo of the old-age care institutions by having an in-depth interview with the managers of the institutions. And I have also obtained the authentic details about the elderly consumers’ satisfaction towards the management of the instructions. The private old-age care institutions still exist a lot of problems in their rules and regulations, service quality management, security and risk control, financial management and information management system. Thus, by improving the government’s administration to the old-age care institutions, strengthening the self-management the institutions, advancing the system of service quality management and enhancing the mechanism of institutional management and supervision, We should constantly standardize the management level of the private old-age care institutions and strengthen their quality of service. We should continuously improve the elderly consumers’ living quality and satisfaction towards the old-age care institutions and meet their different needs for those institutions. Thus, we can fully achieve the ideal state that the elderly will be looked after properly. Only in this way, can we gradually relieve the pressure triggered by the aging issue, and promote the standardized management and long-term development of the private old-age care institutions.
