Research On The Development Countermeasures Of Private Elderly Care Institutions Based On The Needs Of The Elderly

According to the internationally accepted standards,China has entered an aging society as early as the end of the 20 th century.The national conditions of not being rich first and the growing number of elderly groups make the old-age service system in China not enough to meet the existing needs of the elderly.Foshan,as a prefecture level city with a good level of economic development in Guangdong Province and an important manufacturing city in China,is also facing the challenge,With the increasingly serious population aging problem,the government's responsibility based pension mode has increased the pressure of the government's finance,manpower and other aspects.The traditional family pension mode with family as the carrier has gradually weakened the function of providing for the aged under the trend of family core.Therefore,the elderly care service needs the participation of all social parties,and all social members share more responsibilities for the elderly,which also accelerates the focus of the elderly care to more and more social elderly care institutions,the rapid development of private elderly care institutions,alleviates the pressure of public elderly care institutions,and provides a new choice for the elderly,but at the same time,private elderly care machines The problems in the development of construction are gradually emerging.The research object of this paper is Foshan S nursing home.Guided by the elderly's demand for elderly care services,this paper analyzes the elderly's main demand for services and the status quo of services provided by institutions through interviews and participatory observation.On this basis,the elderly's demand and institutional service supply are compared and analyzed,and the main problems existing in institutions are found.Then,the internal and external deep-seated analysis machines are respectively analyzed In order to promote the development of private pension institutions and pension undertakings in Foshan City,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The research starts from the author's understanding of the main problems in the development of private pension institutions through literature reading,and the main aspects of the elderly's service needs,and then starting with a summary,determine the overall research ideas,and then enter the institutions for field research.This study first describes the overall situation of private pension institutions in Foshan City and the basic situation of s nursing home,and then introduces the demand for pension services of the elderly in s nursing home,which mainly includes the demand for life care,spiritual comfort,self realization and medical rehabilitation,while s nursing home has low service quality,low level of service specialization and few service contents in service supply Question.Through the analysis of these problems,it is found that there are not only the reasons of the organization itself,but also the reasons of the lack of external support.Among them,the lack of funds,professional services,policies and other social support are the main factors that cause the problems of pension institutions.In the exploration of how to promote the development of private pension institutions,the author believes that at present,private pension institutions can not fully operate in the market,and need the assistance and support of all the main bodies in the society.All the main bodies should participate in promoting the optimization and development of the service of private pension institutions,which includes not only the government playing a leading role,increasing the support for private pension institutions,but also With the support of society,family and other aspects,we will comprehensively promote the improvement of the service quality of private pension institutions,and promote the sound and sustainable development of private pension institutions.Based on this,the author puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: the government should increase the financial and policy support for private pension institutions,the society should encourage the role of social organizations,provide professional service support and human support for private pension institutions,the family should pay attention to the role of intergenerational communication between family members,and cooperate with pension institutions to provide spiritual comfort and support for the elderly.
